About

The TURBO-REFLEX Kick-Off meeting is an opportunity for the partners to meet and launch the European H2020 project TURBO-REFLEX.

All consortium partners are warmly invited to attend the meeting represented by up to two participants. 

The meeting will take place on the 22nd and 23rd November 2017 and will be hosted by GE Global Research in Garching bei München.

Presentations

A Power Point template for work package presentations will be sent out in due course as well as a Poster Template for partner presentations.

Logistics

Catering on site (coffee breaks, lunch) and dinner at GE Global Research are free of charge. Expenses for transport and accommodation should be covered by the attendees.

Information about public transport to get to the Venue is included in the GE Global Research Europe – Visitor Information document along with Hotels recommendations.

Important note: Munich is a very lively city with many events all year round. It is advised to book your accommodation as soon as possible.
