Welcome on the registration website of the EU-ToxRisk Final General Assembly (11-12 October 2021) and the Risk-HUNT3R physical kick-off meeting (12-13 October 2021). 

These two events will be held as hybrid events : ONLINE and PHYSICALLY, at Egmond aan Zee, The Netherlands (Hotel Zuiderduin).

REGISTRATION

Registration to the event is mandatory for all participants (including online participants).

    A questionnaire will open with a number of questions to reply to. 

Deadline: Friday 1st October 2021

 

PARTICIPATION FEES

In case, you plan to participate in person, you will have to cover the following expenses:

  • Accommodation
    • 80,00 EUR/pers./night
  • Day arrangement (lunch, coffee/tea/water during the breaks)
    • Full-day: 38,50 EUR/pers.

 The organisers will cover the following expenses:

  • Renting of the meeting rooms and technical equipment
  • Dinners on Mon 11th October and Tue 12th October
  • The organised shuttle service to Egmond aan Zee (individually organised transportation has to be paid by the participants)

 

BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION & DAY ARRANGEMENTS

Accommodation and day arrangements for the meeting (lunch, coffee/tea/water during breaks) have to be booked individually, by each participant, via a separate, dedicated reservation website, handled by the Zuiderduin hotel.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

To facilitate arrival and departure, the EU-ToxRisk/Risk-HUNT3R Project Office will organise free shuttle transfer for all meeting participants from Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Centraal train station to Egmond aan Zee and back.

The timetable for the shuttles is the following (likely to change slightly, the final timetable will be communicated on this page) :
