Dear civil protection practitioner,

The present list of practitioners’ requirements is a working document, created to be served as basis for further discussion among the end-users about the practitioners’ requirements in the SAYSO online platform CMT in the subgroup of the end-users. The requirements listed herein derive from the requirements gathered in the deliverable D2.2 Preliminary inventory of practitioners’ requirements.

We would like to learn from your experience to constantly improve and update our first selection of practitioners’ requirements, which has been intended to serve as basis for further discussion. The questions we would thus like to raise for starting discussion in this context are:

• Are the gathered requirements relevant in your opinion?

• In your opinion, which additional requirements should be covered by a possible future Situational Awareness System (what else would you like to add)?

• What has been your experience, is there a difference in the need of different practitioners’ organisations as firefighters, technical relief, paramedics, law enforcement agencies, etc.?
