Following a bottom-up approach, SAYSO compiled a first (preliminary) inventory of practitioners’ requirements with first ideas about what aspects, tools, functions and data should be integrated into respectively covered by a possible future Multi-Stakeholder Situational Awareness System. This data mainly based on the results from a SAYSO online-survey from June 2017, answered by civil protection practitioners, and from technical workshops with practitioners.
